Planting the Word in the Next Generation
At Worship & Word, we believe the Word of God should be more than read — it should be remembered, spoken, and lived. Bible Quizzing helps children and teens do just that. Through team-based Scripture memorization and quiz competitions, students anchor the truth deep in their hearts and develop confidence that carries into every part of their lives.
You’ll find quizzing teams across our campuses, from early beginners learning their first verses to seasoned quizzers boldly and accurately quoting entire chapters. Practices take place during the week, and competitions throughout Arizona build friendships, sharpen recall, and strengthen spiritual foundations.
What Bible Quizzing Looks Like
- Weekly practice sessions on campus or in homes
- Verse-by-verse memory using UPCI Quizzing materials
- Traveling to local, sectional, and national quiz tournaments
- Relationship building coaches who mentor and guide in the Apostolic faith
- A Christ-centered team environment where kids grow together
This ministry isn’t about trophies. It’s about building a generation that knows God’s Word, speaks it clearly, and lives it with conviction. (But we like the trophies, too!)
